S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5306 of 2022 dated 09.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is accused in the offence under Prevention of Corruption Act. Now seeking modification of the bail condition. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the investigation is at very crucial stage, the presence of the petitioner is required. Hence, he opposed to modify the bail condition.
