This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.25395 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022 in Crime No.219 of 2021, pending investigation on the file of 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent had deposited the amount as directed by this Court and he is complying the other conditions imposed on him by this Court. Hence, he prayed to dismiss the above petition.

3. Both the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 2nd respondent have conceded the above fact.

4. In view of the submission that the 1st respondent had deposited the amount and also duly complied the other conditions imposed by this court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. 27.07.2022 rpp (2/4) 2/3
