O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband A.T.Mohan S/o.Thangaraj, aged 57 years, Ct.No.20173, now confined in Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and further direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner's husband from Central Prison, Trichy to Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents now brought to the notice of this Court that the representation submitted by the petitioner has already been considered and an order was passed in proceedings No.Muu.Mu.No.48404/C Na2/2017 dated 21.12.2017. The copy of the order has now been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
