ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA.J) The present Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience to comply with the order passed in W.P.No.33720/2017 dated 22.12.2017 by this Court, thereby directing the Zonal Officer, Zone-V, Corporation of Chennai, Periamet, Chennai-3 to cause inspection of the premises bearing Door No.13/25, Purasaiwalkam High Road, Vepery, Chennai-600 007 after putting the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of that order and to remove the unauthorized construction of 762 sq.ft. under the supervision of the Engineers of the respondent Corporation. 2.
When the matter was called today, learned Counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with and a Compliance Report dated 24.11.2018 has also been filed by Mr.G.Veerappan, Zonal Officer, Zone-V, Greater Chennai Corporation, No.62, Basin Bridge Road, Old Washermenpet, Chennai21 to that effect along with photographs and recording the same, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

I respectfully submit that on receipt of the above letter the 5th respondent in the writ petition has removed/demolished the temporary structure put up by him in the premises at No.13/25, Purasaiwalkam High Road, Vepery, Chennai-600 007 and the said site was inspected by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Unit-14, Zone-V and the Assistant Engineer, Division-58, Unit-14, Zone-V, Greater Chennai Corporation on 16.11.2018 and it was confirmed that the 5th respondent has removed the temporary structure and photographs were taken are herewith enclosed.''
