This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to comply the order of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate of Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.13530 of 2021 and register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 04.02.2021 and to investigate the matter and file final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the direction of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate of Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.13530 of 2021 dated 04.02.2021, a case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.180 of 2022.
