PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the Memo of Letter in N.K.14595/2018/p.E3 dated 28.02.2020 issued by the third respondent and to quash the same and direct the third respondent to adopt the recruitment process laid down under the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act and Rules made there under by constituting appointment committees as laid under the afore said act and to proceed with fresh process of direct recruitment to the posts of Record Clerk, Office Assistant and Night Watchman and for other post through the Appointments Committee of the Union Council and approval of the Union Council.
