Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2013 to include Survey No.126/23-C in the computerized Patta No.1482 in the name of the petitioner measuring an extent of 10.5 Ares in accordance with the Revenue Standing Orders.

ORDER

The writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2013 to include Survey No.126/23-C in the computerized Patta No.1482 in the name of the petitioner measuring an extent of 10.5 Ares in accordance with the Revenue Standing Orders.

2. It is seen from the records that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.05.2013 on the file of the second respondent. After lapse of eight years, it is not possible for the second respondent to trace out the representation to dispose of the same. However, the petitioner is directed to send fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the counter parties, if any, and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
