ORDER
When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing a proceeding dated 14.06.2016 of the respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34262 of 2006, dated 09.04.2010, has been duly complied with. However, the only grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has not fixed the time limit for payment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ amount as ordered by this Court. Therefore, the respondent
is directed to pay the amount as per his proceedings dated 14.06.2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
In fine, recording the above said proceedings, the contempt petition stands closed.
