The suit is at the stage of examination of D.W.1. By this application, the first defendant seeks leave to file the two additional documents described in the affidavit. SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna former employer of the first defendant, had erroneously entered the date of birth of the first defendant in the EPF account. Consequently, it is stated that the first defendant could obtain access to his EPF account only in 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff submits that the application may be allowed subject to payment of costs.
