Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2015, to investigate the same and to file final report in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

On reading of the complaint dated 10.06.2015, it does not disclose the cognizable offence and the petitioner has not even given the date on which the amount has been paid. However,the respondent Police has conducted enquiry and closed the same on 12.07.2015, as civil in nature. Therefore, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the complaint.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
