This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32094 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in para No.4(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32094 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024. is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
