ORDER
This Court had passed an order directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6.5.2015, in and by which the petitioner has requested the respondent to permit him to retire from service. It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order has been duly complied with and the petitioner has been permitted to retire from service. He has also placed on record the G.O.(D) No.683, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Labour and Employment (E1) Department dated 24.11.2016
revoking the suspension order and the G.O.(2D) No.49, Labour and Employment (E1) Department dated 24.11.2016 permitting the petitioner to retire from service and continuing the disciplinary proceedings under Rule 9 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978.
2. Placing on record the aforesaid Government Orders, this contempt petition is closed, as the order has been duly complied with.
