2. Issue notice to the second respondent returnable by 07.06.2021. Private notice is also permitted.

3. There shall be a stay of proceedings in C.C.No.2636 of 2020, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai, till the disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.

4. The personal presence of the petitioner is dispensed with, till the disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.
