ORDER

This Company Petition is filed under Sections 433 (E)(F), Section 434 (I)(A), Section 439 (I)(D) of the Companies Act, 1956 praying to a) Wind up the respondent Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956;

b) Appoint an Official Liquidator of the Madras High Court as the Liquidator of Brilliant Tutorials Pvt. Ltd., to take charge of its assets;

c) Direct payment of costs of this petition from and out of the assets of the respondent Company in liquidation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no order is necessary since the respondent Company has already been wound up and therefore the Company petition may be dismissed.
