This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.03.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.93 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.93 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
