This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by one Selvakumar, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R No.97 of 2022 and the same has been closed. He would further submit that as of now no case is pending against the petitioner and that the respondents police are not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her.
