Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to take action on the representation made by the petitioner dated 07.10.2015 against the second respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent to look into the complaint made by the petitioner on 07.10.2015 and take appropriate action against the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. From the counter filed by the second respondent, it is seen that the first respondent has already taken action against the representation of the petitioner by the taking the complaint on file and assigned the number as 234 of 2015.

4. In such view of the matter, as the complaint has already been taken on file, nothing survives in this petition. However, if the enquiry is not commenced till date, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of three months from today, after giving due opportunity to parties.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
