ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with a case registered in Crime No. 86 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On 23.02.2021 when this matter came up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this court had directed the matter to be listed on 25.02.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition further.
