This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein not to effect electricity connection in favour of the 3rd respondent herein in pursuant to the letter issued by the second respondent in Letter No. / Se.po. / e.pa / Krishnagiri / Days Notice Letter / S.No. KS 198 dated 27.12.2021 for the Bore well situated at No.103, Jagadab (Rajuguddai Kottai) Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District Comprised in Survey No.221 /8H.

2. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent. During a previous occasion, this matter was adjourned for filing counter of the respondents. However, till today, no steps were taken for filing counter.

3. Further, it appears that this petition is pending for a period of 4 years. Even today, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, considering the long pendency, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
