2. This Court by its earlier order dated 10.12.2021 recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite his best efforts, he is unable to get proper response from his client.

3. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this original petition.

Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
