This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.1730 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.1730 of 2014 on 30.08.2014 under Section 294[b], 448 and 506[ii] IPC. While so, the de facto complainant is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation has been completed and the draft Final Report has been submitted to the Assistant Public Prosecutor for approval. 5.Recording the same, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the investigation in Crime No.1730 of 2014 and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
