O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 17.06.2015 against the aforementioned 3 said persons namely Rita Rufina, Paul Thamburaj and Palanikumar, secure them and recover all the things belonging to the petitioner which were stolen from the petitioner at the time when the petitioner was still in the sick bed.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 17.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 06.07.2015 in C.S.R.No.248/2015.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
