O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case against the proposed person in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2016 and prosecute him in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.04.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.125/2016 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
