2. The writ petitioner is the appellant before this Court. The writ petition has been instituted challenging the appointment order of the 4th respondent to the post of Homeopathy Medical Officer. Admittedly, the appellant participated in the selection process and was unsuccessful. Except challenging the procedures in the recruitment notification, no other permissible ground has been raised in the writ petition which is a finding arrived by the writ Court. Thus, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed by the writ Court. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
