The grievance of the Writ petitioner is that on account of the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings, the terminal and retirement benefits due to the writ petitioner has not been settled. Thus, the petitioner was constrained to file the present writ petition.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner informed this Court that the disciplinary proceedings were concluded and the Government passed final order in G.O.(D)No . 812, dated 08.07.2011.
3.The learned counsel further states that the disciplinary proceedings were concluded during the pendency of the writ petition and therefore the respondents may be directed to settle the terminal and retirement benefits.

4. Considering the facts the writ petitioner is directed to submit a representation along with the documents to the first respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same first respondent is directed consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within period of twelve weeks there after.
