This miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant three months time to comply with the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.2904 of 2020.

This Court passed an order dated 14.12.2023 in W.P.No.2904 of 2020, directing the petitioner to vacate the premises within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, failing which, with police aid, the encroachment can be removed by the respondents by demolishing the violated portion.

Since the Authorities have initiated action to vacate the petitioner, the present miscellaneous petition, seeking extension of time has been filed by the petitioner.

The order of this Court was passed on 14.12.2023 and 2 1⁄2 months have lapsed. That being the factum, we are not inclined to entertain this miscellaneous petition and accordingly stands dismissed.
