Heard Mr. S.Kamadevan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 22.12.2022 made by the Petitioner seeking promotion to the post of BT Assistant (Tamil) cum Matron without insisting on B.Ed/BT Degree on par with her senior.

It is informed by Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that by Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. O1/31795/2021 dated 13.03.2023, orders have been passed on the said representation dated 22.12.2022 and that the Petitioner has acknowledged its receipt. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it will not preclude the Petitioner, if she has any further grievance, from working out her rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
