This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.06.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 24.06.2015 to the respondent Police and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the Inspector of Police of concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
