This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24043 of 2022 by order dated 11.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.10 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannargudi.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mannargudi on 27.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
