2. This application is filed to dispense with the production of the original impugned cognizance order dated 18.09.2025 in Spl. C.C.No.13 of 2025 pending on the file of VIII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.

3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, the prayer for exemption in filing of original impugned cognizance order is allowed. Application is allowed.
