Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body and person of the detenu namely Mr.Yesaiah aged about 32 years, husband of the petitioner herein who has been illegally detained under the custody of respondents 3 to 5 herein before this Court and sethim at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J.] The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Yesaiah aged 32 years. According to the petitioner, Mr.Yesaiah has been found missing and he is in the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 5 herein. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. The detenu was produced before this Court by the second respondent. The detenu told us that he is neither hiding nor in the illegal custody of anybody and he is free only. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
