This writ petition has been filed by M/s Chadhuram Enterprises seeking a limited prayer for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to adjudicate and pass a speaking order/Order-in-Original for the Bills of Entry Nos.4655116 dated 15.9.2011, (2) 4921171 dated 14.10.2011, (3) 5091532 dated 3.11.2011 and (4) 5438483 dated 12.12.2011, within a reasonable time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.V.Sundareswaran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the limited prayer that the petitioner had made several requests to the second respondent to pass orders in their refund applications and to settle the refund amounts immediately and as the same having not been considered, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to adjudicate upon the issue and pass a speaking order for the Bills of Entry Nos.4655116 dated 15.9.2011, (2) 4921171 dated 14.10.2011, (3) 5091532 dated 3.11.2011 and (4) 5438483 dated 12.12.2011, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
