(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.5085 and 7370 of 2026, dated 17.4.2026, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the grounds which are raised in this petition before the trial Court.
