ANAND VENKATESH CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6492 of 2022 IN CRL.R.C.NO.614/2022 REKHA [ PETITIONER ] Vs SHANTHI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.614 OF 2022 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in STC No.214/2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Ambattur, Chennai dated 25.10.2018 confirmed in CA No.8/2019 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur District at Poonamallee dated 24.02.2022, and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the main CRL.R.C.NO.

614/2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.614 OF 2022 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M. APPAJICHARLES KAMALESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Trial Court and as confirmed by the Appellate Court.

2. Taking into consideration the materials available on record and the grounds raised by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to suspend the substantive sentence imposed against the petitioner subject to the following conditions.

(a)To comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6493 of 2022, failing which this petition will stand automatically dismissed.

(b)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) along with two sureties, each for a like sum, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(c)The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Ambattur, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M., pending disposal of this Criminal Revision Case.

3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
