PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing to issue no due certificate as per the intimation sent by the 1st respondent in his letter dated 20.07.2017 in account under CIF No.85171666381 of 3rd respondent bank issued in favour of the petitioner.

This Writ Peitition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue no due certificate as per the initmation sent by the 1st respondent in his letter dated 20.07.2017.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Ms.R.Raji, learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Mrs.S.R.Sumathy, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that, now the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
