Prayer in W.P.No.4732 of 2012: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the second respondent in the impugned order TNGST/0760419/2004-05 dated 30.06.2011 as it travels beyond the decision of the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal in the petitioner's own case and also violative of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India v Kamlakshmi Financial Corporation Ltd (1991) 55 ELT 433, quash the same.
