M.Rathinaswamy and Others Vs. State of Tamil Nadu while drawing up the inter se seniority among the Direct Recruit Assistants and the Promotee Assistants in the Kancheepuram District Revenue unit and consequently direct the Respondents to follow the said seniority while giving training and postings to the Direct Recruit Assistants and Promotee Assistants and their inclusion in the panel of Deputy Tahsildar.

ORDER

The learned Government Pleader states that the prayer sought in the writ petition, namely, the re-fixation of seniority has been complied with pursuant to the G.O.Ms.No. 106, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (B) Department, dated 01.09.2020. Since the grievance regarding the fixation of the inter se seniority for the post of Assistant appointed directly has been addressed and Page Nos.3/7

taken care of by this G.O., nothing survives in this writ petition.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner for the past two hearings.
