Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions ie., The petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., untill further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 17.12.2021 in CRL.OP.No.24684 of 2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.M.AMUTHA GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.24684 of 2021 dated 17.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
