Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the record on the file of the first respondent in proceedings R.C.No.2025/S1.1/2021 dated 11.03.2021 and quash the same as illegal, and further direct the first respondent to consider and grant permission to the petitioner to conduct 19th National Paralympic events of the petitioner based on the representation made on 22.02.2021.
