Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAJA RAVI VARMA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Despite their best efforts the petitioner has not been able to serve the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has taken out a petition for taking notice to the respondent through substituted service.
2. Considering the reasons stated, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to effect publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" for the hearing dated 29.04.2022.
