This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two months and she shall co-operate for the investigation by order dated 07.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
