Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.34116/D1/E4/2013 dated 07.11.2013 and to quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to pay salary and all other benefits continuously to the petitioners.

When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.K.Sathishkumar, learned counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
