J U D G M E N T

It is represented by the learned counsel for the Cross Objectors that the connected CMA.No.3179 of 2010 was disposed of in the Lok Adalat held on 22.02.2012.

2. In view of the above submission, the Cross Objection filed by the Cross Objectors/Claimants is closed as nothing survives in the Cross Objection as the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal itself has been disposed of before the Lok Adalat. Further, no purpose will be served in keeping the cross objection pending on the file of this court.

3. In the above stated circumstances, the Cross Objection is closed. No costs.
