O R D E R

(Through Video Conferencing) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to call for the records of the 3rd respondent, dated 05.11.2013, and quash the same.

2.The order impugned, issued by the Block Development Officer to the Indian Bank, Vembakkam Branch, states that, as per the proceedings of the District Collector, the funds of the Panchayat has to be released by following the procedures. It is stated that the cheques issued without any proper order cannot be entertained.

3.It is pertinent to note that the said instructions are issued based on certain allegations in the year 2013. Now, 7 1⁄2 years lapsed.

Under these circumstances, no further adjudication is required in respect of the instructions given by the Block Development Officer to the Manager, Indian Bank. This apart, the order impugned is an internal correspondence between the Block Development Officer and the Indian Bank. 4.This being the factum, the petitioner can agitate, if any grievance exists as of now, before the competent authorities. As far as the writ petition on hand is concerned, no further adjudication is required and the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
