This civil revision is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 08.07.2014 made in E.A.No.45 of 2014 in E.P.No.23 of 2011 in R.C.O.P.No.2 of 2010 on the file of the learned Rent Controllercum-District Munsif, Thiruvallur.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant would submit that the possession has already been handed over to the respondent/landlord. Therefore, nothing survives in this revision. 4.At this juncture, learned counsel for the respondent/landlord would submit that delivery of possession has been taken two months back. Furthermore, the respondent also died. Since delivery has been effected and ordered in R.C.O.P., the execution petition is terminated. Therefore, nothing survives in this revision. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
