2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/plaintiff is aged about 84 years old and she has filed the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2016 and the same is pending before the III Additional District Judge, Puducherry.

3. Considering the age of the petitioner/plaintiff, a direction is issued to the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.141 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
