ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's son Giridharan, aged about 18 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenu Giridharan has been secured by the police in Thiruvalangadu Police Station Crime No.73 of 2020 on 24.05.2020 and the custody was handed over to the petitioner.
