Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the second and third respondents.

By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct the third respondent to issue license to run a Bunk shop, opposite to ERIEZ MAGNETIS INDIA PVT LTD, Ambattur, Chennai, pursuant to her representation dated 20.04.2017.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2017, within a time frame.

6. In view of the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2017, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
