The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to declare that the action of the Respondents in rejecting the petitioners request for compassionate appointment to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
