2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the first respondent has now merged with M/s.Indus Towers Limited, the name of the first respondent has been changed. Hence, the present petition.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
